DC-60 Concrete Grate Application Bulletin
A VIBCO DC-60 12 Volt Battery Operated Vibrator was mounted to the grate of the concrete pump hopper. The vibrator was activated any time material started to build up. It quickly cleared the build up and material flowed easily through the hopper grate. Activating the vibrator at the end of the pour also helped to clear any residual build up on the grate, reducing clean up time.

DC-500 Concrete Grate Application Bulletin
VIBCO’s Model DC-500 12 Volt Battery Operated Vibrator was mounted onto the hopper grill. It immediately accelerated the rate at which the low slump concrete moved through the grill into the hopper. The vibration was effective enough to allow loading directly from the mixing truck - keeping a constant flow of concrete through the hopper grill.

DC-1600 Screen Application Bulletin
VIBCO’s DC-1600 12V Battery Operated Vibrator was installed on the screen structure. Now, when a load of sand is dumped onto the screen, the vibrating action of the VIBCO Vibrator easily moves the pile through the screen. Also, large pieces of sand are broken down and allowed to flow through.

DC-3500 Dump Body Application Bulletin
A VIBCO DC-3500 Big Bertha™ 12V DC Dump Body Vibrator was installed and virtually eliminated all tailgate slamming. Body hoists no longer needed to be "stretched beyond their stage stop limits" reducing wear and tear, and reducing the risk of roll-over. An added benefit of the Big Bertha™ vibrator is that spreading can be done while dumping, reducing truck time and man-hours, and increasing the number of loads dumped in any given day.

BVS-60 Feed Chutes Application Bulletin
Two VIBCO Model BVS-60 Silent Turbine Vibrators were mounted to the base of the fill chutes. The uniform vibration kept the nut mixture flowing into the jars without jamming or clogging the chutes. The BVS-60, like all VIBCO Turbines, does not require lubricated air, so it doesn’t produce messy exhaust air normally associated with pneumatic vibrators and keeps the work area sanitary.

BVS-190 Hopper Application Bulletin
A VIBCO BVS-190 Silent Pneumatic Turbine Vibrator was installed on each hopper - virtually eliminating the cheese flow problem. VIBCO’s BVS models feature threaded exhaust and use non-lubricated air so they do not cause contamination. They are perfect for food industry applications.

SCR-60 Feeder Application Bulletin
A VIBCO Application Engineer recommended that the customer install a VIBCO SCR-60 Adjustable Speed and Force Electric Vibrator above the feeder chute. The adjustability enabled the customer to get the right amount of vibration to ensure that the eggs aligned properly without breaking. Preventing breakage greatly reduced product waste and eliminated a source of costly and time-consuming clean up.
